Ms. Spiegel is a visionary leader and credentialed executive with a proven track record of cultivating high-performing teams, driving organizational excellence, and achieving unparalleled results. She has extensive experience leading complex organizations, delivering positive financial outcomes, and building comprehensive work plans that facilitate exceptional outcomes.

Most recently, she served as the City Administrator in Davenport, Iowa, a position she held for over eight years. In Davenport, she concentrated on cultivating talent and developing a mission-aligned organization that emphasizes definable performance and goal-oriented outcomes, which led to service delivery innovation, improving financial conditions, notable economic and community development initiatives, multi-faceted disaster response, successfully leveraging outside resources, and building strong partnerships. Before joining the City of Davenport, Corri served in economic development leadership roles for Centennial, Colorado, and Goodyear, Arizona. In those capacities, she participated in attracting destination retailers, retaining and expanding major employers in targeted industries, long-range planning for the development of new large-scale employment centers, and managing special projects.

Ms. Spiegel became a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) in 2011 and an ICMA Credentialed Manager in 2018. Corri served as a Midwest Region Vice President on the ICMA Executive Board from 2021-2024. Throughout her career in public service, she has served on numerous boards and committees. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University-Global Campus, a Master of Public Administration from Arizona State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh. Corri is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University with a research focus on how public service motivation and psychological capital influence the turnover intentions of local government senior executives.
